Fox host Sean Hannity's departure from New York is official now that he's listed his gorgeous Long Island mansion for $13.75 million.
Hannity announced in January that he would be taping both his radio show and his Fox News TV slot from studios in West Palm Beach, Florida.
'We are now beginning our first broadcast from my new home and that is in the free state of Florida,' the host said months ago on his iHeartRadio show. 'I am out. I am done. I'm finished.'
Hannity bought the 11,000 square foot, seven-bedroom, estate for $8 million back in 2008, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The Centre Island estate boasts six acres of lush green land, plenty of trees to dot the property and a 81-foot private dock going right out into Oyster Bay, according to the listing.

Shawn Elliot, Zach Elliot and Allison K. Beamer of Nest Seekers International were the listing agents for Hannity's nine-bathroom property.
The listing hypes up the gourmet kitchen as a 'culinary haven,' complete with marble countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinets and long white center island with comfy stools.
The dining room is closed off from the kitchen for a more intimate setting. The room is white with intricate molding and has a minimalist chandelier above the eight-person table.
For more casual meals, there's also a breakfast nook that has a view out into the bay.
The living room also has waterfront views through its expansive line of windows. In it, there are two white-beige couches flanked by two wicker chairs, a furniture choice reminiscent of shore houses.
Adjacent to the living room is a set of doors that lead out to a long, columned porch that offers grand views of Oyster Bay.

Hannity announced back in January that he was calling it quits in New York and moving to Florida, which he considers 'a free state.'
The dining room has the capacity to entertain as many as eight guests and also has waterfront views like many other rooms in the home
Not mentioned in the listing, but a prominent feature of the multimillion dollar property nonetheless is its bar.
It boasts deep blues cabinets,, granite countertops with an elegant bronze trim and myriad of different cocktail receptacles adorning the shelves.
The gated grounds to the sparklingly white and gray residence also a swimming pool, a tennis court, a par-3 golf course and a separate putting green, per the listing.
Still, despite the luxurious and tranquil setting this home provides - along with it being just 40 miles east of New York City - Hannity had no problem putting it on the market.
The Oyster Bay area also used to be home for Billy Joel, who listed his home there for $49 million in 2023. At the time social media creators had quite a bit of fun splashing images of his palatial estate on their pages to the tune of his hit 'Movin' Out.'

A smaller, more intimate sitting room near the entryway of the home offers a quieter place to relax
The gourmet kitchen is adorned with custom cabinetry with glass paneling and has top-of-the-line appliances to match
The listing describes the kitchen as a 'culinary haven' that offers an 'unparalleled cooking experience' for even the most skilled chef

Hannity made his plans known to move to Florida as early as 2021, when it was reported that he bought a $5.3 million condo in Palm Beach.
The move to the Sunshine State was precipitated by Hannity's desire to live somewhere where he agreed with the politicians running the show.
Hannity even moderated a debate between Florida governor and one-time Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis and California Governor Gavin Newsom in 2023.
Former President Donald Trump also resides in Florida at his Mar-a-Lago compound, which is also in Palm Beach.
'Finally, for the first time that I can think of in my adult life, I actually have representatives in the state that I'm living in that share my values,' he has said on the radio show.
