A furious landowner living on the US-Mexico border in California is speaking out against Biden's laxed migration laws that he says allows 'hundreds' of illegal migrants to walk through his land every day.

Brian Silvas owns 78 acres in Jacumba Hot Springs, a border town in San Diego County.

He says he is powerless to stop the floods of migrants who walk onto his property from Mexico every day. Trump's wall ends on his property, allowing them to simply sidestep it to gain entry to the US.

Many are from Mexico and other Central and South American nations, he said, but others are from Turkey, Kurdistan and further afield.

Silvas regularly  films the migrants streaming into his property. He asks them where they are from and they respond casually telling him they're from Turkey, Kurdistan or Central and South America

Silvas' land has some of the protection of Trump's border wall but it ends abruptly, allowing migrants to sidestep it

Frustrated, Silvas told CNN he is ready to build his own wall to keep them out.

He says he has been told by Border Patrol Agents and local sheriffs that he cannot do anything to stop them from entering the country - even though it means trespassing on his land in the process.

'This country was built on immigration. I’m fine with that. But not like this. This is ridiculous.

'If I had the money, I would build my own wall right here!' he told CNN.

In a separate interview with FOX today, Silvas said the problems 'began' with the Biden administration and the end of Title 42 - a COVID-era law that allowed CPB agents to turn migrants away.

Many of the migrants use up his firewood, he complained, to keep warm during the night

His story echoes that of George Allan Kelly, an elderly rancher now awaiting trial for murder for the death of a migrant who was found shot dead on his property in January.

Kelly said the man was part of a group of criminals engaged in a shoot-out on his land.

He said he was merely trying to protect his wife when he fired warning shots into the area where he heard them fighting, and was stunned when the man's body was later found.

He too said he had become overrun with the sheer numbers of migrants entering his land illegally every day.
