Greater Western Sydney Giants skipper Toby Greene has decided to relocate from Sydney’s inner west by spending $3.6million on his new home in the city's picturesque eastern suburbs.
Greene - who recently welcomed arrival of daughter Isla with partner Georgia Stirton - purchased a 1930s semi the beachside suburb of Coogee.
The four-bedroom property last sold for $850,000 in 2005.
The luxury home on a 240-square-metre block features vaulted ceilings on the top level and skylights that maximise natural light.

The master bedroom, which is situated upstairs, has a terrace with views over Clovelly valley, while the rear dining area and kitchen open to a deck that leads out to a lovely landscaped garden.
Greene recently sold his two-bedroom Federation semi-detached home in Drummoyne for $1.89million - just $50,000 more than the price he paid for it in 2020.
He signed a lucrative six-year deal with GWS back in 2018 and then later added a further two years to his stay in Sydney - keeping him in NSW until 2026.
The new home in Coogee will have more space to raise a family with the arrival of his daughter in late February.
News that the child was on the way went public at the 2023 Brownlow Medal event.
Greene later opened up about parenthood, saying he was confident that his partner would make a 'super mum'.
'I'll be making plenty of phone calls to mum and friends who have had babies and will just go on from there,' he said.

'I don't think I've thought about it too much, I'm just taking it in. Once it comes I'm sure it's going to be a big shock to the system.
'(Life) will be a little bit harder but a lot of the boys have done it throughout my time in the AFL. It's something you've got to deal with, you might lose a few hours of sleep here or there, but that's alright.
'I've done a full pre-season so the body is good to go. It's just about managing it when I have to and I'm sure Georgia will be super accommodating as well.
'She'll be a super good mum.'
Greene also said footy wasn't on his mind too much before the birth of his child.
'I haven't thought too much about the season starting to be honest,' Greene said. 'It's more been the lead-up to having the baby.
'Hopefully, it's a smooth birth and everyone's happy and healthy and then can start to think a bit more about round one.
'But I'm sure the boys will be in good stead on Thursday and starting to play our way.
'I'm still getting my head around it. It's more nerve-racking for Georgia, that's for sure. But all good to go on Thursday so hopefully it's all good.'
The GWS Giants are unbeaten so far this season and currently sit at the top of the AFL table.
