Kyler Murray made one fan's day when he threw him a football in the middle of a training session.

The Cardinals star, who is gearing up for next season after suffering a torn ACL in 2022, posted a Tik Tok video of the heartwarming interaction Sunday.

'The crew got distracted,' he wrote over the video, which showed a group of construction workers pausing to watch the quarterback train.

Murray then threw the ball to one of the men, clad in high-vis construction gear, standing on the bleachers.

'Hell yeah,' he said, before walking over to the fan.

The Cardinals quarterback also posed for a snap with the fan, named JD

Murray posted a TikTok of the sweet interaction, revealing the crew paused work to watch him

'Sorry my hands are a little dirty, I want to shake your hand so bad brother,' the man, who identified himself as JD, said.

'Sup bro,' the 26-year-old athlete said, as JD responded, 'damn brother I'm shaking.'

Murray gave him a fist bump, before the two posed for a snap.

'Always fun meeting and interacting with real supporters! Love y'all,' he captioned the clip.

JD jumped into the comments section, writing, 'It was an honor meeting you, not many are this humbled #Birdgang.'

The Heisman Trophy winner replied, 'Pleasure brother, appreciate you!'

Another fan chimed in, 'KYLER WERE MAKING THE PLAYOFFS THIS YEAR LETS GOOO!!!'

A third person wrote, 'As a construction worker myself I truly appreciate this ... the fact he didn't even wanna get you dirty and you still took the time for a pic.'

Murray previously revealed he's got his head in the game after he was sidelined for the first half of the 2023 season while he rehabbed a torn ACL and meniscus.

'I don't know if there's another quarterback in the league more locked in than me,' Murray told FOX last month.
