A man has been stabbed at a busy shopping in Melbourne, just a week after the horror Westfield Bondi Junction massacre in Sydney.
Joel Cauchi, 40, stabbed five women and one man to death and injured 12 others with a 30cm hunting knife in a killing spree last Saturday.
Another incident unfolded on Sunday afternoon when a young man was stabbed outside Soul Kitchen at Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne's west.

Onlookers told reporters they saw the man stumble down the stairs of the restaurant bleeding from the stomach before paramedics arrived at the scene.
He was transported to Royal Melbourne hospital in a 'serious but stable condition'.
The man is receiving treatment for a suspected stab wound.

Victoria Police told Daily Mail Australia that emergency services were called after a physical altercation inside a restaurant on Rosamond Road.
The shopping centre was not locked down and it is believed that there is no ongoing threat to the community.
Seoul Kitchen has also continued to operate following the incident.

Investigations are ongoing as police continue to search for the knifeman.
