Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo played his tail off in his team's In-Season Tournament quarterfinal game against the New York Knicks - seemingly unaware that money was on the line.

By virtue of reaching the semifinals, Antetokounmpo and the rest of his Bucks teammates won $100,000 for their success in the 146-122 win.

When asked about it afterwards by TNT's Jared Greenberg, a stunned Giannis apparently didn't know that he was pocketing some prize money.

'Are we getting money now? We got some money?,' Antetokounmpo asked.

After Greenberg confirmed that he would get the cash prize, Giannis replied, 'Hey, the rich get richer'.

Julius Randle (30) led the way for New York but his teammates didn't pick up the slack

Antetokounmpo was the biggest catalyst for his team's success, getting 35 points, eight rebounds, and ten assists for a double-double on 15-for-22 shooting.

Teammate Damian Lillard also had a big game, dropping 28 points and seven assists.

Julius Randle of the Knicks led all scorers on the night - putting up 41 points and hitting eleven free throws, but the rest of the team couldn't pick up the slack.

The Bucks now move on to play the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference's semifinal matchup - with a shot in the In-Season Tournament championship on the line.

Whoever wins the game in the East takes on the winner of the West's semifinal matchup between the New Orleans Pelicans and the Los Angeles Lakers.
