British holidaymakers partying at Wayne Lineker's O Beach club in Ibiza were left horrified after one of the performers plummeted from a decorative display and into the shallow pool below.
Dramatic video of the incident yesterday evening shows the moment the dancer climbed a pole on the suspended horse and carriage before it appeared to snap off.
The dancer was flung off, landing amid the crowds of people gathered beneath, with witnesses saying she fell from a 'great height' with force.
The footage was shared with MailOnline by a group of mums from Southampton, who said they were 'worried' about the woman's wellbeing and were left 'shocked'.
The group of friends, who are in their late 30s, said they spent €1,000 for a day at O Beach, a popular party hotspot on the White Isle, but that it was was left 'tainted' by what happened.

O Beach said that the performer was attended by medics but was not injured and is 'doing ok'.
British mum Kim, who filmed the footage and only gave her first name, said she was on holiday with friends and filming all the acts when the incident happened.
'I can't believe she hasn't hurt herself, we were really worried. Everyone was aghast,' she said.
'The pole she was swinging from the display and obviously wasn't meant to break, but it did.
'She fell at quite a force, the way she landed I thought she had at least broken her leg.
Kim said that the dancer had been helped by partygoers at the beach club after crashing to the ground.
'She was carried out by some blokes who were in the pool, our first thought was did she land on anyone!
'It all suddenly went a bit quiet, everyone was just looking at each other in horror.

'Then, all of a sudden, it was as if nothing happened and everything went back to normal.
'They let off streamers, it was as if they were saying 'we're not going to let it ruin our night!' she said, even though many were still 'worried about the girl'.
'We asked our waiter is the girl alright and he didn't even know what happened. He said he would check and came back and said I think she is okay,' she said.
'It was an accident, I understand that, and I can absolutely believe it was the first time it has happened.'
But, she said, the incident put a 'negative tinge' on the day. 'It has impacted our holiday, we've been talking about it all day after last night and are worried for the woman's wellbeing.'
'Someone is definitely in trouble, someone is in charge of making sure that doesn't happen, the amount of money that place makes - we paid a fortune to be there - they should definitely have more health and safety.
'It's not a good time for Wayne Linker at the moment is it!' she added, referring to the club owner whose brother is former England footballer Gary Lineker.
Party time! Launched in 2012 by Wayne, the beach club has gone on to welcome thousands of revellers, including Manchester City star Jack Grealish
Wayne was knocked unconscious last week by a thug who punched him on a night out, and went on to receive criticism from a local politician.
O Beach Ibiza club has become a popular hang out for visiting VIP celebrities with pop stars Ed Sheeran and Lewis Capaldi, TV presenter Maya Jama and footballer Jack Grealish among its clientele.
In a statement to MailOnline on last night's incident, O Beach said: 'The show incident that occurred yesterday was the first in our 12 years of operation and the health and safety of our team and clientele is of upmost importance to us.
'The performer was attended to by medics immediately but did not suffer any injuries and is doing ok.'
