He stood there stunned for a few seconds before he moved on to praising the Canadian soccer team for reaching the semi-finals of the Copa America.
Trump made the scandalous comments about Trudeau's mother Margaret to former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham, according to her memoir.
'Once, on Air Force One, I was sitting with him in his cabin, and for whatever reason — maybe he had just read something or seen his face on TV — Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau popped into the president’s head,' she wrote.
She said Trump asked her, 'Are you OK if I say this?' - what Grisham noted was 'always a troubling question.'
'Who knew what was going to come out of his mouth? Sure, I nodded,' Grisham recounted.
The message was: 'Trudeau's mom. She f**ked all of the Rolling Stones.'
Actress Margaret went to a private Rolling Stones concert in Toronto on March 4, 1977 which was her and former prime minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau's sixth wedding anniversary.

He took issue with the press coverage of the rumors and added: 'I mean they’ve sort of got nothing to talk about basically, ya know? So they start all these, blow up these...
'I mean she should be able to do what she wants, I don’t want to get her into trouble. I mean, she just wanted to see the shows and that was it, that’s the end of it.
'It’s a bit ridiculous I mean, it’s honestly just absurd. As far as I’m concerned it’s very upsetting.'
