Infuriating moment entitled woman lashes out at cops for taking her phone as she's finally caught after leading officers on dramatic 110mph chase

A brazen driver who was chased down by police after reaching speeds of 110mph has been arrested in Ohio. 

Esther Paragulla, 33, was seen in infuriating bodycam footage being apprehended on the highway shoulder after the dramatic 30-mile chase ended when patrol cars surrounded her vehicle and she was slowed to a stop. 

As state troopers pulled her from the car, she was heard boldly complaining about her phone being confiscated while questioning the officers' actions, and claimed to have no idea about the meaning of the term 'fleeing and eluding.'

The video obtained by Law&Crime shows footage shows Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers attempting to end the pursuit on the Ohio Turnpike on June 29.

With approximately three minutes left in the video, officers are seen urging Paragulla to surrender.

'You're not going to win this one! The car is already falling apart,' a trooper said in the footage. 'You're already in enough trouble, you don't want to be in more. Go ahead and pull it over. You're never even gonna make it there's like 10 of us now.'

'Pull it over, your tires are done, your car is done, you are done,' the trooper. 'There is nowhere else for you to go! Pull it over now!'

The chase finally ended near the I-77 exit for Cleveland and Akron. Troopers, guns drawn, surrounded the stopped Nissan.

To gain access to the vehicle, officers broke the passenger-side window and forcibly removed a male passenger, who was then subdued on the ground.

Troopers then approached the driver's door and pulled her out of the vehicle.

'Ow, what's your friggin' problem?' the driver said while she was being put in hand cuffs. 'Are you guys serious right now?' 

When the trooper took Paragulla's phone, that was the woman's last straw.

'You're under arrest for fleeing and eluding,' the trooper answered.

'For what? For fleeing and eluding? What does that even mean?' the driver asked.

As Paragulla was taken into custody, the arresting trooper informed her of her Miranda rights.

Simultaneously, the male passenger who had been in the car remained on the ground with his hands cuffed behind his back.

Authorities have yet to identify or charge the male passenger involved in the high-speed chase.

The pursuit originated in Trumbull County before entering Portage County, where Esther Paragulla was subsequently indicted.

She faces charges of assaulting a trooper, fleeing and eluding police, and obstructing official business.

Paragulla pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity on July 8th.
