The video shows an attractive middle-aged woman wearing a plunging green vest top and designer sunglasses, opening the double-height doors to a white stucco mansion.
She smiles and guides the camera into a vast hall: it's clear that whoever owns the £4 million, six-bedroom property must be rich.
And although the house is located in an affluent part of the Surrey stockbroker belt — popular with the players of Chelsea FC — the woman showing off her sprawling home to her 700,000 Instagram followers is no Premier League Wag.
She is instead Shahameh Dizaei, known to her friends and family as Shai and the third wife of Scotland Yard's most notorious corrupt commander, Ali Dizaei.
Less than a decade ago, after finishing a second term behind bars, Dizaei was said to be on his uppers — pleading with a judge to allow him to have more of his police pension (some of which had been confiscated) because he was penniless following his incarceration.

A court heard that the Iranian-born former head of the National Black Police Association had 'considerable debts' and had been unable to find work since being released from prison.
A few years earlier, in 2012, Dizaei, now 61, was unanimously found guilty for a second time of perverting the course of justice and misconduct in public office — offences that prompted the head of the police watchdog to brand him a 'criminal in uniform'. The future looked bleak for him.
He has no such financial problems now, styling himself variously as a globe-trotting security consultant and international entrepreneur, driving a £400,000 Rolls-Royce convertible and visiting London's top nightspots.
According to Land Registry records, he jointly owns the Surrey pile with his wife.
The Dizaeis have given it an extensive make-over, conservatively estimated to have cost several hundred thousand pounds.
The planning application to extend their property, bought in 2021, and build a two-storey and single-storey extension was submitted to the local council in the names of a 'Mr and Mrs Shai'.
Once a traditional-looking country property, and now renamed 'Shai Mansion' after Dizaei's wife, the house resembles a Kardashian-style mega-home.
The couple's property portfolio also includes two recently purchased properties in the Costa de Sol (both of which are registered in Mrs Dizaei's name), including a sumptuous£3 million villa with sea views where Mrs Dizaei staged an extravagant birthday bash, video footage of which was also posted on Instagram, earlier this year.

Friends have commented that Mrs Dizaei (pictured) is always the 'hostess with the mostest'
Her smartly dressed husband, whose facial features and hair appear to be very different from his days in the Met, can be seen smiling for the camera.
The waiters are painted gold, the dancers coated in gold leaf, and there are ballerinas, a couple doing an Argentine tango, huge buffets and free-flowing drinks, and guests dressed in designer attire.
No expense seems to have been spared, with friends commenting on her social media post that Mrs Dizaei is always the 'hostess with the mostest'.
But back to the extraordinary 'through-the-keyhole' video tour of their country residence in the UK, the sort — in terms of value but not necessarily taste — that would be the envy of many a distinguished former Met chief.
For whatever reason, Dizaei and his wife are keen to flaunt their wealth to the world. Maybe the disgraced police officer has a point to prove to his former colleagues at the Met?
An accomplished networker with a university education, and someone who was once tipped to reach the top of policing, he certainly likes to live ostentatiously.
Garish artwork decks the walls around an open-plan sitting area, with a backlit bar to one side dominated by a photo portrait of Mrs Dizaei, 48, wearing a black ball gown split to the thigh.
In Dizaei's office, decorated in a heavy dark colour scheme, a framed picture of him in his Scotland Yard uniform hangs proudly on the wall. And, extraordinarily, on a glass shelf, is his controversial 'long service and good conduct' police medal given to him (by former Met chief Sir Ian Blair) before his downfall.
Outside, pictured through a leaded window, there are terracotta herringbone pathways, more statues and sculptures, as well as a lake with a fountain and aGreek-style temple at the bottom of the garden.
The video closes with a white Rolls-Royce sweeping out of the entrance gates and through a nearby upmarket residential area and exclusive golf course.
A close friend has posted a supportive message on Instagram with the words: 'Dr Ali Dizaei, You are one of the strongest people I know, also you're one of the kindest people I've ever been lucky enough to know lots of.'
Playing over the video is a motivational speech which states: 'If you never quit, you will never fail; keep going.'
Nearly 12 years after he was unanimously found guilty for a second time, following a retrial, Dizaei has certainly managed to 'keep going'.
He has undergone a remarkable metamorphosis from convicted corrupt commander to a successful tycoon, with a profitable portfolio of business interests, including a security firm and, at one time, an import-export company focused on his native Iran.
For more than a decade, Dizaei was a hugely controversial figure at Scotland Yard, where he faced a number of misconduct allegations.

This is the Daily Mail's front page on February 9, 2010, after Dizaei was jailed and described as a 'criminal in uniform'
Prior to being jailed, he had emerged unscathed from a series of inquiries, including a multi-million-pound undercover operation examining hotly disputed claims of corruption, fraud and dishonesty.
In 2003, he was controversially awarded around £80,000 compensation and a promise of fast-track promotion after a court case ended in him being cleared of corruption allegations. Defended by Michael Mansfield KC, he insisted he had been the victim of a witch-hunt.
He became a leading figure in the National Black Police Association, and at one stage was considered by many colleagues to be more powerful than the Metropolitan Police Commissioner — such was the influence he held over his supposed superiors.
In 2008, he supported a devastating claim for racial discrimination by Britain's most senior Asian officer, Met Assistant Commissioner Tarique Ghaffur.
The race case unravelled when the Mail revealed that Mr Ghaffur's solicitor — a close friend of Dizaei — was a convicted conman with bogus legal qualifications.
Two years later Dizaei went to jail for the first time for framing an innocent man. He sensationally won a retrial, but was convicted at his second trial in 2012. Waiting for him on his release was his wife, Shai.
His staggering comeback was first reported by the Mail five years ago, in 2018. At the time, he was living in a rented £5 million house in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in the country, popular with tycoons, A-list celebrities and sports stars — a far cry from the semi-detached home in West London, bought for £307,500, where he lived when he was in the police.
Dizaei's business interests back then included a security firm, Covert Security Ltd, and an import-export company, DKW Ltd, specialising in trade with Iran.
His 'entrepreneurial skills were said to include private investment, managing his highly successful security business in Iran, UAE, Uganda and the United Kingdom', according to the DKW Ltd website. He was described on it as a 'highly successful international entrepreneur'.
DKW Ltd closed a few months after the Mail's article, but Covert Security Ltd still exists, with Mrs Dizaei as sole director. There is no reference to her husband, who is no longer a director, on the firm's website which boasts about its expertise in law-enforcement and 'international tracing and locating of persons and assets'.
Today we must rely on Mrs Dizaei — whose dog Teddy, a Pomeranian, has his own Instagram page — for information about her husband's lavish lifestyle. She regularly updates her followers on their escapades around the world.

Last year they were pictured on the red carpet at the Cannes film festival, and they have previously been photographed with film star Mel Gibson in Hollywood.
The rather soppy text accompanying a wedding anniversary Instagram post from August 2021, clearly referencing her husband's battles in the police and courtrooms, lays bares their devotion to each other.
'It was like a magical dream,' said Mrs Dizaei, who accompanied him to court at both of his corruption trials. 'It started with our love story until they dragged us into a nightmare they had planned for us . . . I remember very well one of those challenging days when we were fighting a battle of good against evil. I had a dream: In my dream I saw darkness, I saw horror and a bumpy road ahead of us. It was scary.
'It was only the two of us in that journey. I took your hands and said: 'Don't you dare let go!'
Spanish property records show that Mrs Dizaei, who is Iranian and frequently visits Tehran, acquired two sought-after properties on the Costa del Sol within just eight months last year.
One is a £3 million three-bedroom villa with a pool, overlooking the Mediterranean on the sunshine coast's so-called New Golden Mile, and the other a £700,000 apartment in millionaire's playground Puerto Banus.
DKW Ltd closed down a few months after the Mail's article but Covert Security Ltd, still exists, with Mrs Dizaei as sole director
The ostentatious cream-coloured villa is a 20-minute drive west of Marbella, and the couple are known to have hosted lavish parties there since Mrs Dizaei became its sole owner in March last year.
It boasts two lion statues on either side of its imposing black entrance gate. The villa has a home cinema room, gym and games room in its basement and a first-floor library.
When Dizaei and his wife are in town they can relax on the top-floor terrace jacuzzi or top up their tans in the solarium if they do not fancy driving ten minutes down to the beach or want to give the sunbeds around their large pool below the house a miss.
Spanish property records include no evidence that the villa, one of only two completed homes in a cul-de-sac where other impressive mansions are still being built, was bought with a mortgage.
There was no sign of life at the house when a Mail reporter visited it recently.
A local who asked not to be named said: 'It's been empty for a few weeks, but there were people there earlier in the summer.
'I couldn't tell you who they were because we just saw passing cars. But I do know a tow-truck came to take away a large 4x4 they had been driving, and they started using a white vehicle we hadn't seen before for the last two or three days of their stay.'
No doubt the couple will be back — and planning another lavish celebration of the lifestyle they can't resist splashing over Instagram.
