Harry Kane has posed in his shirt for England's Euro 2024 final against Spain ahead of the match.

Snapped by Mail Sport's Kevin Quigley, the Three Lions skipper let out a roar in anticipation barely 24 hours out from kick off in what has become the latest biggest game of his career.

There is somewhat an irony that Kane could win his first trophy on Sunday with England. When he and his side fell short at Wembley in 2021 against Italy, it felt club success would come first.

He tried to make that happen when he joined Bayern Munich from Tottenham last summer, turning his back on the Premier League in exchange for what would surely be a trophy in Germany.

But it didn't come. The first season Bayern didn't win a trophy in over a decade and it was Kane's maiden year there. This season could yet reap a reward, however.

Kane has not been as his best in Germany, but has stil scored three gols and will pose a threat on Sunday

Kane will be the one to lift the trophy if England are successful on Sunday. It's a sight none of us have yet seen, but what a sight it would be.

'It's no secret that I haven't won a team trophy, Kane said in the final press conference on Saturday night. 'Every year that goes by, you are more determined and motivated to change that.

'Tomorrow night I have the opportunity to win one of the biggest you can ever win and make history with my nation. I am extremely proud to be English so, no question, I'd swap everything I've done in my career to have a special night and a win tomorrow evening, but that's not the case.

'A lot of hard work from now and until that moment. I'm ready to go and to make tomorrow night a special one.'

Kane showed off the badge and stitching as he posed in Sunday's shirt. 'Spain,' it read. '14.07.23. UEFA Euro 2024 Final.'

England players will all wear the shirts in case they need a reminder of what they are playing for.

Three years on, he could help finally put the Euro 2020 final defeat by Italy at Wembley to bed

It has been an emotional week for England and Gareth Southgate, from his post-Netherlands message of wanting to be loved to his final rally cry on Saturday.

Kane knows what it is like to lose. The players involved in that night at Wembley three years ago still speak of the pain they suffered following the shootout.

The forward hasn't been at his best in Germay, but maybe he's saving his best for last. The Golden Boot, personal and professional pride and immortality - it is all on the line in Berlin.
