Last known photograph of Jay Slater in Tenerife nightclub before disappearance
The is image thought to have been taken at Papagayo nightclub in Playa de las Americas in the early hours of Monday morning.
It shows Jay in the grey sport top with green shoulder edging that he was wearing when he went missing, with his friend Lucy Law alongside him.
She was the last person to speak to Jay when he called her at around 8am on Monday morning from a secluded mountain pass in Masca.
This morning it emerged that she has been questioned again at length by Spanish police separately with officers wanting to go through timings once again with her although there is no suggestion of anything untoward.

Lancashire Police have offer of help in search declined
Lancashire Police previously confirmed it has offered support to the Guardia Civil, which is its equivalent on the island of Tenerife, but this was declined by the Spanish authorities.

A bombshell new video has been revealed showing missing British teenager Jay Slater dancing topless in a Tenerife nightclub before the 19-year-old vanished - as the search for him entered its seventh day.
The clip lasting two minutes and 40 seconds has emerged online, suggesting it was filmed at 1am in the hours before he was last heard from last Monday at 8.50am.
He can be seen dancing in the club with his shirt off while attending a rave at the NRG music festival, in the footage shared on TikTok.
The video has captions including 'Jay Slater is seen in this video very disoriented' and 'The end footage is potentially a key piece for info - did he really have his top still on?'
Prayers for Jay Slater in his Lancashire hometown
Worried residents in missing British teenager Jay Slater's hometown are praying for his safety at a church service today.
A gathering has been planned for Oswaldtwistle in Lancashire where the apprentice bricklayer lives with his family and where locals told of their shock and sadness at his disappearance.
Rev Matt Smith from West End Methodist Church, told the BBC of today's service: 'We will offer our prayers for Jay and give an opportunity for people to leave messages for him and light candles.
'We are continuing to pray for Jay and hold his family in our prayers.'
Deryn Regan, owner of West End Fish and Chips where Jay was a customer, said: 'Everybody knows everybody so, for something like this to happen in our area, it does sadden us all.'

Where are police looking for Jay Slater?
As the search for Jay Slater continues into its seventh day, the focus of the operation continues to be Rural de Teno National Park.
The mountainous area was the teenager's last known location, and yesterday the area close to the vllage of Masca was combed by police, rescue dog teams and firefighters in a bid to find him.
Jay's father and brother, Warren and Zak Slater, visited the remote mountain sport where his mobile last pinged on Monday morning, June 17.
Jay Slater's mother hits out at vile 'Karen Matthews' trolls
As Debbie Duncan was issuing a heartbreaking plea to find her son, she also defended herself against vile trolls who have cruelly compared her to Karen Matthews.
Debbie, who is on the Spanish island with Jay's father and brother, did not visit the Tenerife beauty spot where the search to try and find him is being carried out.
The other family members journeyed to a remote gorge above the village of Masca, 19 miles from the party resort of Playa de les Americas at an altitude of 3000ft to where Jay's mobile phone last pinged on Monday morning.
But Debbie has revealed her choice not to attend with them has caused her to be on the receiving end of vile social media trolls who have compared her to Karen Matthews.
Debbie said: 'People keep saying on social media why aren't I up there and calling me the new Karen Matthews, I just can't face it.'

Jay Slater's mother issues plea to her missing son
Last night Jay Slater's mother issued a direct plea to her missing son, saying: 'We just need you home'.
Debbie Duncan said she has 'not slept' since the 19-year-old disappeared on the Canary Island of Tenerife.
Asked how the family was coping with the situation, Ms Duncan told PA: 'We're not. I'm not coping very well at all.
'I've not slept, I'm exhausted. It's been awful.
'I can't give up on him, I just can't.'
Asked if her head was spinning from the past few days, she said: 'It is, it is.
'People say: 'Yeah, I understand' - no, you don't, you don't understand.'
