Joel Embiid suffers ANOTHER knee injury scare in the first half of the 76ers' playoff game against the Knicks with Philadelphia star landing awkwardly after huge dunk

Joel Embiid suffered another knee injury scare after landing awkwardly following a spectacular dunk against the New York Knicks on Saturday night.

Embiid went back to the locker room with just under three minutes left in the second quarter of the Philadelphia 76ers' first round playoff game at Madison Square Garden.

He went up for a monstrous dunk off the backboard but landed awkwardly on the way down. 

Embiid immediately grabbed his left knee, which he only recently had surgery on.

Fortunately he returned to the court at the start of the second half.
