Jude Bellingham hilariously exposed his mum's long-standing crush on Jose Mourinho after asking the ex-Manchester United and Chelsea boss to pose for a picture with her after Real Madrid's Champions League success.

The 20-year-old capped off a stunning debut season in the Spanish capital as his side ran out 2-0 winners over Borussia Dortmund at Wembley on Saturday night.

Goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Jr secured a record-extending 15th European Cup win for Los Blancos, following their domestic success this term.

During the celebrations, Bellingham put his winners medal around the neck of his mother Denise before making a beeline for Mourinho, who was on broadcasting duties for TNT Sports.

The Englishman then asked the Portuguese to pose for a photo with his mum before revealing that she has taken a liking to the enigmatic manager for some time.

Jude Bellingham was congratulated by former Man United and Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho after his Champions League on Saturday night

The Englishman asked Mourinho for a selfie with his mum Denise, who he claimed has fancied the Portuguese for a few years

'Sorry about that, my mum's fancied you for years!' Bellingham jokingly told Mourinho, who was more than willing to accommodate the request.

Jude was supported at the game by mum Denise as well as his dad Mark and brother Jobe - who plays for Championship side Sunderland.

The youngster's family have been particularly supportive of his footballing journey from Birmingham City to the Bernabeu, and they arrived for Saturday's game a full five hours ahead of kick-off to be part of the atmosphere.

The Bellinghams were in their red seats at the home of English football far ahead of the start of the game, as caught in footage by TNT Sports.

Jude has a pre-match ritual where he 'visualises' himself on the pitch ahead of matches, and it appeared that he did this before the start of warm-ups on Saturday.

Ahead of kick-of Mourinho said: 'Special player, special family. To see that family, the way they are there, they are not looking for cameras, they are not looking for the VIP seats, they are just there to support their kid in the most humble way.

'For me, it's really beautiful. Family, we play for them, especially in these moments, we play for them. To have mum, my kids, my father, my wife, at the finals, we play for them. We play for the people that love us and support us.'

Speaking to TNT Sports before Madrid's semi-final against Bayern Munich, Bellingham discussed his pre-match tradition, explaining: 'I like to visualise the game. See the field, the grass, my playing positions... This way I feel calmer, I know where I am going to be on the field.

'It is something that I have been doing throughout my career and thanks to it I enter the matches without nerves and prepared for everything. They taught me this from a very young age and I continue to practice it.'
