Amid the ecstasy of winning the Champions League final on Saturday, Jude Bellingham, 20, was already thinking about next season's campaign, and the potential arrival of former Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe.
On Sunday, it was revealed by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano that Mbappe had 'signed a contract to joinn the Spanish giants' ending a long-running transfer saga between him and his former club PSG.
Mail Sport understands that Mbappe's much anticipated move to Madrid had been green lighted earlier this season, with some of Carlo Ancelotti's players having speculating about the Frenchman's arrival in the Madrid dressing room.
Considering Madrid's current cohort off players that includes superstars like Vinicius Jr and Bellingham, it is a frightening thought to think that the 15-time Champions League winners could now be set to welcome France World Cup winner Mbappe and hot prospect Endrick to the club next season.
And after yesterday's Champions League victory, Bellingham delivered his verdict on the PSG superstar's potential move, claiming that Mbappe can fill a void that Madrid have been missing.

'We don't know for sure if that will happen!' Bellingham said to TNT Sports after Madrid's Champions League final victory.
'But if it the case [that Mbappe joins] then it would be great. A player like him… I think tonight we saw that the only thing we need is a real striker.
'I think if he came along and gave us that, it would take us to another level.
'He's one of the best players in the world.'
Mbappe's move to Madrid will bring an end to his seven-year spell at the Parc des Princes after he initally joined the Ligue 1 champions on loan from Monaco in 2017.
During his glittering career, Mbappe has won countless trophies, including seven Ligue 1 titles, a World Cup, a Nations League and four French Cups.
But he is yet to be victorious in Europe, and will move to Madrid in hopes he can finally win the Champions League.
