Juventus could be set to use one of their most established players as a bargaining chip in a bid to sign Jadon Sancho or Mason Greenwood from Manchester United this summer.
Juve finished third in Serie A last season - having placed seventh in the 2022-23 campaign - and are now gearing up for a return to the UEFA Champions League.
A significant transfer has already been agreed that will see Brazilian midfielder Douglas Luiz arrive from Aston Villa.
Villa will receive a transfer fee in the region of £25 million plus two players, Samuel Iling junior and Enzo Barrenechea, in part-exchange.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are now plotting another swap deal as they want to sign Jadon Sancho or Mason Greenwood from Old Trafford.

It is suggested that Juve will offer Federico Chiesa to United in an attempt to avoid paying a significant fee for one or both of the former England internationals.
Chiesa, 26, is about to enter the final year of his contract in Turin after scoring 32 goals in 131 appearances for the club over the past four seasons.
He is currently at Euro 2024 and is expected to earn his 50th senior international cap when Italy take on Croatia on Monday.
Greenwood is under contract with United until June 2025, while Sancho's current deal runs through to the summer of 2026.
However, neither player is currently in United's first-team plans.
Sancho is out of favour following a well-documented row with manager Erik ten Hag.

Meanwhile, Greenwood has not played for United since he was suspended by the club in January 2022.
Greenwood was suspended by United after he was arrested.
He was later charged with attempted rape, engaging in controlling behaviour, and assault, but all charges against him were dropped in February 2023.
Greenwood's suspension by United was technically lifted but, rather than returning to Ten Hag's squad, he was loaned out to Getafe last year.
The 22-year-old scored 10 goals in 36 games for the Spanish side, having previously netted 35 times in 129 first-team appearances for United.
Sancho also spent much of the 2023-24 campaign out on loan.
The 24-year-old returned to former club Borussia Dortmund in January and then featured in 21 matches, including the UEFA Champions League final against Real Madrid.
