Juventus are ready to offer Jadon Sancho an escape route from Manchester United in the January transfer window.
A move away from Old Trafford is in the best interests of both Sancho and United after the player was frozen out by manager Erik ten Hag.
Sancho has been training and eating on his own for the last two months after publicly branding Ten Hag a liar over his omission from the United squad at Arsenal in September. The 23-year-old has refused to apologise and made the last of his three appearances this season in late August.
Representatives from Juventus were in the UK last week and are understood to have made contact with United over the possibility of a loan move for Sancho in January.
It’s unlikely the Italians would be able to afford a transfer fee for a player who cost United £73million from Borussia Dortmund in 2021 and was available for £45m in the summer.

Even if Sancho left on loan, United would probably have to subsidise a portion of his £275,000-a-week wages.
Dortmund are also believed to be considering a move to take Sancho back to the Bundesliga, and other clubs could come forward depending on how desperate United are to get him off the books.
While United have backed Ten Hag over his fall-out with Sancho, the club is aware that it has significantly reduced the winger’s market value.
Saudi Arabia is another possibility in January and next summer, although Sancho would prefer to stay in Europe at this stage of his career if possible.
Al-Ettifaq pulled out of a loan deal late in the summer window because the club managed by Steven Gerrard wouldn’t commit to a £50m permanent move at the end of the season.
The Saudi big four of Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahli and Al-Hilal could be in the market for Sancho, while Ettifaq and Al-Shabab could emerge as options in the summer.
The alternative for Sancho is to wait and see if his situation changes at United once Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos buy into the club – a £1.4billion process that should be completed before the end of the international break.

Changes to the structure at Old Trafford are likely to follow next year with chief executive Richard Arnold and football director John Murtough most vulnerable. Ten Hag will also come under greater scrutiny if results don’t improve.
Dougie Freedman and Paul Mitchell are among the early contenders to come in as director of football once Ratcliffe and his head of sport, Sir Dave Brailsford, take control of the football operations at Old Trafford.
United are expecting a quiet January window even if they can offload Sancho. A new striker is one possibility which may impact Antony Martial’s future at Old Trafford.
United are undecided about triggering the 12-month extension on Martial’s contract, although they will prevent Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Diogo Dalot from being able to speak to foreign clubs from January 1 by extending their contracts.
