Juventus are eyeing a double swoop for Manchester United duo Jadon Sancho and Donny van de Beek, according to a report.

Both players find themselves heavily out of favour with the Red Devils and once again saw no minutes in the side's defeat to Newcastle on Saturday night.

Van de Beek was an unused substitute having made just one Premier League appearance so far this season, and has featured just 62 times - 23 times from the start - since his £35million move from Ajax in 2020.

Sancho, meanwhile, remains unavailable for selection having clashed publicly with manager Erik ten Hag earlier this season.

According to ESPN, however, both players are set to be offered a route out, with Juventus preparing moves for the wantaway duo as early as the January transfer window.

Corriere Dello Sport report that the Italian club are ready to sign Van de Beek on loan in January with an option to buy him at the end of the season to finally end his Old Trafford hell.

The midfielder recently revealed he is ready to leave Old Trafford after just six Premier League starts in more than three seasons having arrived with high expectations from the Netherlands.

'I am bouncing to play matches again,' he said, as quoted by The Mirror. 'The manager is making different choices now. We have a big squad and I am not the only one knocking on the door. We'll see in January what happens.

'I need to start playing games very soon - if not at Man United then at another club. I think I have to be ambitious.

'I have always been a lover of the game. I am absolutely crazy about football. I earn a good living at United, but money is not my motivation. I want to enjoy my work every day.'

He spent a brief period on loan with Everton in 2022, making seven appearances, but the move failed to give him the boost he has hoped for and it appears he is now searching for a more permanent move away, with Ten Hag seemingly giving a departure the green light, saying on Friday: 'I can see he has to play for his career and for everything.'

Sancho, meanwhile, has been trailing alone after clashing with manager Ten Hag publicly earlier this season

Sancho, meanwhile, remains out in the cold after appearing to publicly slate his manager after his training standards were criticised by the Dutchman in the press.

He has been training alone since September after refusing to apologise for the messaging slating Ten Hag, which appeared to claim that the United boss was lying with his comments.

United have cited a squad discipline issue with the former England winger, and will be willing to accept a suitable deal for his services when the transfer window opens.

Al-Ettifaq were interested in taking the ex-Borussia Dortmund star on loan in the summer after his verbal jousting with Ten Hag but their bid was rebuffed after they failed to meet United's asking price.
