Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross has had charges against him of domestic battery and criminal damage dropped.
According to Johnson County District Attorney's office, he no longer faces the charges after an application for diversion in his case was granted.
KMBC adds that a judge formally diverted the case against the 23-year-old Ross on November 22.
Ross was first arrested on October 23 and was due in court on December 4 to face the charges.
The NFL then placed Ross on the Commissioner Exempt List, three days after he pleaded not guilty to charges.

It meant Ross was not allowed to practice or attend games while on the list. What happens now is not immediately clear.
According to an affidavit related to Ross' arrest, the rookie Chiefs wideout became all aggressive with his girlfriend after digging into her phone, the woman told police officers.
It was claimed that he not only pushed her, but also threw her to the floor and started throwing objects at her, too.
The woman didn't suffer any major injuries, or bruises, but was seen with a 'small scratch' on her hand after the incident, according to arrest documents.
The Chiefs are back in action on Sunday in the late game against Green Bay Packers and beat the Las Vegas Raiders in their last game 31-17.
Up to this point, Ross has only played in seven NFL games, being on the receiving end of three passes from Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes.
