Lauren Boebert 'got so drunk at GOP Christmas party bar staff stopped serving her - and tried taking so many selfies with Donald Trump his security pulled her away' - three months after theater fondling scandal

Servers declined to serve Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert more drinks During the New York Young Republican Club’s annual gala in December, attendees have claimed.

Three months removed from her widely seen theater scandal, Boebert, 37, was seen repeatedly trying to take selfies with Trump at their shared table at the New York Young Republican Club’s annual gala in Manhattan, at Cipriani Wall Street.

The alleged outbursts, multiple witnesses claimed, prompted Trump's security to intervene, requesting she desist.

Still, the GOP frontrunner issued a glowing endorsement for the firebrand this past month - as a series of consecutive scandals threatens to upend her congressional career.

The insight was provided to CNN by attendees who attended the Christmas event  December 9, who said they saw a server tell Boebert they would not bring her any more alcohol, claiming she had been 'overserved.'

Lauren Boebert, 37, and Donald Trump, 77, shared a table at the New York Young Republican Club’s gala, where attendees reportedly said she repeatedly approached the ex-president, and drank so much that staff stopped serving her

The alleged incident happened Three months removed from her widely seen theater scandal, where she was removed from a production of Beetlejuice after being filmed getting handsy with her date

Days after, just before the House adjourned for a two-week break for the holidays, Boebert told the station of her scandal-related struggles, three months after she was forced to apologize for the movie theater incident.

'Every day is hard. I’m not afraid of a challenge though,' Boebert, less than a month after the father of her children was arrested for allegedly assaulting the couple's eldest during an altercation over laundry, said.

'I mean, I think that’s what has always caused me to stand out because there is always something coming against me, always something in my way. And when times get tough, I get tougher.

She concluded: 'I show that we can persevere and push through. I got my boys, I got my faith.'

A little more than six months before, Boebert became a grandmother at the ripe age of 36, after her son Tyler impregnated his 17-year-old girlfriend despite not being married.

She made the revelation at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in June 2023, during which she defended her son and his actions after being asked by Dave Rubin of the 'Rubin Report' if the eldest of four sons with Jayson Boebert, 42, 'challenged' any of her Christian beliefs by getting his girlfriend pregnant

'Obviously, I'm a Christian, and there are standards that we like to uphold, but none of us do it perfectly,' she responded at the time.

'We can nitpick what the Bible says is right and wrong, but I think just having that heart posture of wanting to serve God, it's so important.'

The December soiree was attended by some of the biggest names in conservative politics

She added that she and her son would go over 'redemption and how to move forward', after proclaiming to a crowd of CPAC conservatives: 'I'm going to tell you all for the first time in a public setting that not only am I a mom of four boys, but come April, I will be a "gigi" to a brand new grandson.'

She also used the occasion to praise teen moms who don't have abortions, bragging that her son would be the third generation of teen parents in the family.

She said: 'My mom - she was 18 when she had me. I was 18 when I had Tyler, and now he's 18. One of his first comments was, 'Mom, it's hereditary.'

'I said, "Nice try. Doesn't work that way,"' she went on

'But I'm really proud of him and my grandson's mom for being responsible, because they could have taken a different route, and both of them chose life,' she said.

Tyler is now 18, and his girlfriend has since given birth. The pair remain unwed.

That same month, former WWE star Stan Lane took a DNA test to prove he is not Boebert's father, after the Colorado rep's mother insisted the retired wrester was her daughter's biological dad following a short fling in the 1980s.

That same month, former WWE star Stan Lane (pictured) took a DNA test to prove he is not Boebert's father, after the Colorado rep's mother insisted the retired wrester was her daughter's biological dad following a short fling in the 1980s

Lane, 69, took a court-ordered paternity test in 1990 following the claims from Shawn Roberts Bentz, showing he was not Boebert's biological dad.

Doubts over the legitimacy were raised when the lab worker who took his blood sample was convicted of taking a bribe to switch vials in another case - spurring Bentz to demand Lane be investigated.

He agreed to take a second test, which again proved he was not the father.

Lane, who worked as a powerboat racing announcer following his wrestling career, allowed Boebert to handle his DNA sample to get rid of any concerns.

Then, in September, perhaps the most sensational of Boebert's seemingly endless scandals surfaced, when she was removed from a theater in Denver after becoming amorous with a date.

She was then filmed lashing out at theater staff after being booted from the production for singing - with staff claiming she also vaped and took photos during the performance.

Surveillance footage showed Boebert, wearing a tight, low-cut gold dress and high heels, making a fuss as she and the man were ordered out, before snapping a selfie as she left the auditorium.

She went on to angrily bare her teeth at staff as she was escorted through the lobby, at one point reportedly asking 'Do you know who I am?'

Afterwards, Boebert and her date were caught on camera walking off through the empty nighttime streets of the Mile High City, weeks before she was accused of using campaign funds to watching a cycle race that her partner from that night was competing in.

Then, a month later, Boebert's ex husband, Jayson was arrested in relation to a domestic dispute involving a 18-year-old Tyler at the family's home in Silt, Colorado - three days after an alleged fight between the suspect and his spouse at a local restaurant.

As cops vetted the dispute, Jayson was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass, obstruction, and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident at the eatery, during which he was also cuffed for the alleged assault of his son.

He was released later day, jail records show, and his mugshots - taken by two departments for each of the alleged incidents - were also released.

Then, a month later, Boebert's ex husband, Jayson was arrested in relation to a domestic dispute involving a 18-year-old Tyler at the family's home in Silt, Colorado - three days after an alleged fight between the suspect and his spouse at a local restaurant.

Deputy Cid Ramirez, of the Garfield County Sheriff’s office, described the more recent altercation in a newly filed warrant.

'Tyler described that Jayson shoved him by placing one hand in the area of his throat/neck and pushing back,' he wrote.

'Tyler became upset at this point,' Ramirez continued, adding that 'a physical altercation began between Jayson and him' quickly ensued.

As the father and son fight escalated, he added, the father of four allegedly 'stuck his right hand thumb into Tyler’s mouth.'

The force of the maneuver, the Colorado cop claimed, made the teen fear that his father 'was going to pull his tooth out.'

At some point during the  struggle, Ramirez wrote, Tyler managed to get ahold of his cell phone and managed to call his mother.

Teams from the Garfield force and The Silt Police Department proceeded to arrest the suspect, who four months after his divorce to Boebert in 2022 was the subject of a similar case, follwoingan altercation that also saw Tyler accuse his dad of abuse.

The dispute - also occurring at the couple's Colorado home - saw the then-17-year-old call 911 to claim Jayson had been 'throwing' him around the house.

However, Tyler, at the time, called back to recant the claim, claiming the argument never became physical.

For the more recent altercation, cops said the dispute stemmed from Boebert allegedly becoming angry that his son was lying on a bed with a laundry basket full of clothes, before grabbing the teen’s phone and allegedly assaulting him.

Recalling how the dispatcher told his department that the teen had indicated to them that Jayson was under the influence and was toting a rifle, the deputy wrote: 'Tyler advised that because Jayson was under the influence of alcohol, he was clumsy and dropped the phone several times.

'Tyler believed Jayson was under the influence because he was only clumsy when he drank alcohol and he has slurred speech.'

Cops proceeded to arrest Jayson for prohibited use of weapons, harassment, and assault in the third degree, a warrant indicates.

All of the charges are misdemeanors, as are the three pertaining to the eatery altercation.

Records indicate that Boebert has since been released in regard to both offenses. His mugshots, however, remain.

The very next month, another Boebert was arrested - this time her 18-year-old son, for 22 crimes including theft. Boebert - who during a congressional hearing conceded she gave birth to one of her sons because birth control was 'too expensive' - has yet to comment on the CNN piece

Boebert, at the time, said in a statement: 'This is a sad situation for all that keeps escalating and another reason I'm moving.

'I didn't punch Jayson in the face and no one was arrested. I will be consulting with my lawyer about the false claims he made against me and evaluate all of my legal options.'

The very next month, another Boebert was arrested - this time 18-year-old Tyler, who was arrested for 22 crimes.

Tyler was taken into custody at around 2.30 pm in February in the town of Rifle, Colorado - his mom's congressional district, in connection with a spate of property thefts in the small city.

He and three underage accomplices stand accused of breaking into four cars to steal wallets in order to make purchases at local businesses.

The firebrand's eldest was  arrested for four counts of criminal possession of a financial device, three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor to three counts of theft of under $300.

The other charges range from four felony counts of criminal possession of ID, a felony count of conspiracy to commit a felony and more than 15 different misdemeanor and petty charges.

The Young Republican incident, if true, marks yet another drama in the seemingly endless saga of the politician, whose allies stil insist her congressional reputation will not be defined by her personal life, even if her style is not always the most agreeable.

'It hasn’t encumbered her job performance,' GOP Rep. Byron Donalds of Florida told CNN Friday, as the station published the piece based on the word of several attendees.

“Look, some of that stuff that popped up wasn’t the best stuff to see. Even she acknowledges that,' he went on.

'But none of us are perfect. Just because we’re elected officials doesn’t mean we’re any more perfect than anybody else. Stuff happens. But I think she has been able to do her job, and that’s all that matters at the end of the day.'

Boebert - who during a congressional hearing conceded she gave birth to one of her sons because birth control was 'too expensive' - has yet to comment on the CNN piece.
