Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert comfortably won her Colorado primary on Tuesday night after switching districts and despite a slew of scandals.

The Colorado congresswoman switched from her third district, where she barely etched out victory in 2022, to the the more reliably Republican fourth district after Rep. Ken Buck retired.

After handily defeating five other Republicans, she is now comfortably positioned to win with a 13-point GOP advantage in November.

Victory came after a rocky year of embarrassing scandals for the 37-year-old grandma.

The MAGA firebrand was kicked out of a Beetlejuice performance in Denver last year after she was caught vaping and groping her date. She split from her husband in 2023 and the police were called multiple times for altercations between the family.

The congresswoman's son Tyler, 18, made her a grandma at 36 in April 2023 and he now awaits trial after being arrested for shoplifting in February this year.

The race in Colorado's fourth congressional district was called 25 minutes after polls closed at 9pm Eastern Time with Boebert ahead by approximately 30 percent.

Boebert has attracted attention with her own professional antics.

She shouted down President Biden during his State of the Union and tweeted 'This is 1776' during the January 6 Capitol riot.

A Trump ally, Boebert was endorsed by the former president, who called her a 'trusted American fighter.'  But even that endorsement drew some backlash after Boebert became a divisive figure within the MAGA movement.

In November 2021, Boebert was forced to apologize after insinuating that hijab-waring Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., was a terrorist.

'One of my staffers, on his first day with me, got into an elevator in the Capitol. And in that elevator, we were joined by Ilhan Omar,' Boebert told the crowd in September. 'It was just us three in there and I looked over and I said, well, lookey there, it's the Jihad Squad.

'She doesn't have a backpack, she wasn't dropping it and running so we're good,' Boebert added of herSomali refugee colleague.

Boebert later posted her apology on X: 'I apologize to anyone in the Muslim community I offended with my comment about Rep. Omar. There are plenty of policy differences to focus on without this unnecessary distraction.'
