Messi proved the centre of attention as they arrived at The Amalfi Llama restaurant earlier week, with fans keen to grab a selfie with the football legend.
The 36-year-old stopped to take photos with fans, several of whom were wearing Argentina shirts, outside the restaurant.
Inter Miami team-mate Luis Suarez, his wife Sofia Balbi and their children joined Messi’s family for the dinner.
Messi and Suarez also posed with the general manager of the restaurant Javier Banchero.

The restaurant says it offers rustic live-fire cooking of Patagonia with the fresh flavours of Italy from an open grill and wood-burning oven.

Messi and Suarez will be on different teams in the coming weeks with the pair expected to feature for world champions Argentina and Uruguay at the Copa America.
The tournament is set to take place in the United States from June 20 to July 14.
