Spain come into the European Championship with arguably the greatest stock of wonderkids, however there is one area in the team that Mail Sport's Craig Hope believes could hold them back in Germany.
La Roja have won the tournament three times, but are considered perhaps surprising dark horses this summer, with the team still arguably in flux after the ageing out of their golden generation.
England and France have dominated most pundits' predictions, and as such Spain come into Germany '24 relatively unfancied, but Hope and Dominic King noted in the latest episode of It's All Kicking Off! just how well stocked they are.
Pedri (21), Nico Williams (21), Lamine Yamal (16) and Fermin Lopez (21), are all set to play key roles for Luis De La Fuente's side this summer after breaking through in recent seasons with their club sides.
They are a huge part of why King believes Spain will be the team to run France closest this summer, adding that Spain's clash with Croatia will be a 'cracking match', but Hope questioned how Alvaro Morata can be the first choice No 9.
King argues that the likes of Pedri and Co will create more than enough chances for the former Chelsea flop to score, before pointing to the fact that he actually has a remarkable record for Spain, with 35 goals in 73 games.
