Strike action by customer service managers at London Underground is to go ahead after talks failed to resolve a dispute over terms and conditions.
Members of the Transport Salaried Staffs Association (TSSA) will walk out on Wednesday and Thursday.
The union said its members are concerned about potential changes to their terms and conditions, job role and location.

TSSA general secretary Maryam Eslamdoust said: 'Our Customer Service Manager members are united and determined to take strike action this week in defence of their terms and conditions.
'This strike could have been avoided if London Underground had negotiated with us in good faith. Instead, we have been left in a position where London Underground is still unable to explain the impact of its 'Stations Changes' proposals.'
Last Thursday, planned strikes by Underground drivers who are members of Aslef - which would have impacted services today and on Saturday, May 4 - were called off.
The union said after a series of meetings at the conciliation service Acas, its negotiating team received a proposal that resolved the key issues in the dispute.
