Major police response near Hainault Tube station: Emergency services race to scene after 'serious incident'

Emergency services have raced to Hainault tube station in response to a 'serious incident'.

Several police cars and fire engines have been spotted outside the station in east London this morning.

There have been unconfirmed reports of a multiple stabbing - MailOnline has contacted the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service for comment.

People were seen gathering on the road outside Hainault tube station and a helicopter circling overhead.
