Scott Carson was reportedly ejected from a venue at 4am as Man City celebrated winning the Premier League title.

Pep Guardiola's side secured the top flight for the fourth successive season on Sunday after beating West Ham 3-1.

In the process, City became the first team to achieve that feat and their players and staff made sure to enjoy the occasion long into the night.

After their title was secured, celebrations took place on the Etihad pitch and in the dressing room, before City's stars moved onto the bars and venues of Manchester.

However, reports claimed back-up keeper Carson, who has been third choice for the past five seasons, allowed himself to get carried away as the festivities continued into the early hours of Monday morning.

The 38-year-old was said to be involved in an altercation, bringing an end to his night

City's boozy celebrations were said to go on until 5am at Greek restaurant Fenix.

But, at about 4am, reports from SplashNews.com claimed Carson was seen being removed from a venue by security after he tried to fight with a fellow reveller.

City's celebrations included players, staff and partners, with Guardiola even in the mix after steering his team to a sixth Premier League title in seven seasons.

Phil Foden's girlfriend Rebecca Cooke was there, while Rico Lewis was seen holding hands with his partner, and Pep Guardiola's wife Cristina was pictured.

Erling Haaland's girlfriend, Isabel Haugseng, was also seen throwing herself into the dancing.

Jack Grealish spared no expense on the style front, sporting a £2,000 Gucci outfit and he later posted a video of him singing Natasha Bedingfield's 'Unwritten' with pals.

But there was no escaping the buzz of the dressing room to kick off the night, where the likes of Foden, Julian Alvarez, and others bounced around, singing: 'Campeones, campeones, ole, ole, ole!'

Kyle Walker posed with the Premier League trophy alongside kit assistant Adam Smith and others.

Matheus Nunes, meanwhile, enjoyed sipping a drink with friends.

City's heroes only stumbled out of Fenix at 5am, with the likes of Rodri and Kevin De Bruyne looking worse for wear.

Meanwhile, Carson originally joined City on loan for the 2019-20 season from Derby County, before he rejoined on another temporary spell the following campaign.

The keeper, who has also played for the likes of Liverpool, Aston Villa, West Brom and Wigan in his career, then made his move permanent for the 2021-22 campaign and he has remained at the club ever since.

However, across his five seasons at the club, Carson has made just two appearances in all competitions, yet he has widely been praised for his impact around the dressing room.

Speaking in 2021, Guardiola said: 'The people maybe don’t know, but he’s a real leader. He says what he believes, he’s got a lot of experience with big teams.

'He’s an incredible person. Everybody loves him so much.'

City conclude their season with the FA Cup final next Saturday against arch-rivals Manchester United, with Guardiola's outfit hoping to complete a domestic Double.
