Ian Wright could hardly believe his eyes as Roy Keane appeared in front of him in an Arsenal shirt and fans are even more shocked.

The former Man United captain is one of the last people football fans would expect to see wearing the Gunners kit.

However, the unthinkable has happened with most guessing that he must have lost some form of bet to his good friend and Arsenal legend.

'It suits you,' Wright said as Keane seemed to see the funny side in his retro shirt.

'Man United fans are gonna do their nut,' Wright then joked as Keane held up a matching shirt with his fellow pundit's name on it.

While the general consensus is it must be a forfeit of some kind, it may instead be something related to the work the pair do on ITV and on The Overlap.

Arsenal were United's biggest rivals during Keane's time as captain of United.

The two teams shared many a fierce battle and each won multiple Premier League titles.

Keane has admitted that he had genuine hatred for the north London club in his playing days.

'I had a lot of hatred for Arsenal because they were big rivals,' he said.

'I cant think of any other word that springs to mind when when I was going into battle with Arsenal. Hatred was the word.

'Usually when you play football one or two players you like but I don't remember liking anybody at Arsenal.

'When I was a player maybe I used that but I used to build myself up to have a hatred and get my body psyched because I knew had to be at myangriest to be at my best against Arsenal.

'I never felt like that against any other team but Arsenal certainly brought out something different in me.'
