Former United star still without a club

Jesse Lingard has posted an update on his fitness as he continues to look for a new club.

The 30-year-old is currently a free agents having left Nottingham Forest in the summer after a disappointing season in which he provided no goals or assists in 17 Premier League appearances.

Lingard previously spent 11 years on the books at boyhood club Manchester United, which included a superb spell on loan at West Ham during the second half of the 2020-21 campaign.

Onana could be BANNED

Andre Onana could be banned from playing for Man United even if he rejects the chance to play for Cameroon at the Africa Cup of Nations.

The goalkeeper is expected to be called up to the Cameroon squad for the AFCON in the Ivory Coast between January 13 and February 11 next year.

If Cameroon enjoy a good tournament, Onana could miss six matches for his club in the Premier League and FA Cup.
