Sky Sports chief reporter Kaveh Solekhol, the Manchester Evening News' chief Manchester United correspondent Samuel Luckhurst, The Mirror's David McDonnell and Rob Dawson of ESPN have all been blocked from joining this afternoon's press conference.

Senior Manchester United players have been startled by the poor quality of manager Erik ten Hag's signings since he took over at Old Trafford, according to reports.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the signings of Hojlund, Antony, Mount - along with Wout Weghorst's ill-fated loan spell - have been questioned by long-serving stars in United's dressing room.

Ashley Williams has savaged Harry Maguire for 'hiding' in their 1-0 defeat to Newcastle on Saturday night.

Williams took issue with Maguire for failing to demand the ball enough, accusing him of 'sneaky' behaviour by continually signalling goalkeeper Andre Onana to distribute the ball to right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka instead of himself.
