Manchester United's interim chief executive Patrick Stewart and chief financial officer Cliff Baty are stepping down at the end of the season by mutual consent.
Stewart will be replaced as CEO by Jean-Claude Blanc until Omar Berrada starts work on July 13 and Roger Bell will take over as CFO.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe said: 'I would like to personally thank both Patrick and Cliff for their support in helping us get to know the club and making us feel welcome and I respect their decisions to now move on as we establish a new management team for the club.'
Joel Glazer added: 'I would like to thank Patrick and Cliff for their dedicated service to Manchester United and wish them well for the future.
'Both have been a source of invaluable advice and expertise over many years, and Patrick has served an important role as interim CEO during this transitional phase.'

Stewart replaced Richard Arnold as United's interim CEO in January, following his predecessor's departure.
Stewart has been with United since 2006, where he has been responsible for managing the Company's legal and regulatory affairs as well as its relationships with football stakeholders.
He has been an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland since 2018 having been nominated by the influential European Club Association.
Before joining United, Stewart worked at TEAM Marketing, who sold the commercial rights to the Champions League.
Stewart is viewed as a highly experienced and respected figure inside the club and across football, with the official leading club liaison with governing and representative bodies.
He was appointed to Man United's company board at the end of 2022.
Baty, meanwhile, was appointed chief financial officer in March 2016 and has been on the board of directors since December of the following year.

Since Ratcliffe completed his minority takeover, United have wasted no time in overhauling their football operations in a bid to close the gap with Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal.
Jason Wilcox left his role as director of football at Southampton earlier this month to take over as technical director at Old Trafford effective immediately.
His appointment was driven by Berrada, whom he worked with during his spell as academy director at City.
Berrada left City himself earlier this season, while Dan Ashworth is set to join the club as sporting director once financial compensation with Newcastle is agreed.
