A three-week-old baby girl has died in hospital after she was found unresponsive in a home in Queensland.
The child was found at a house on Jones Street at Mighell, near Innisfail, at about 9.30am on Saturday.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said the baby was rushed to hospital before she was later declared dead.
'An investigation has commenced, and detectives will work to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident,' she said.
