A millionaire Miami developer accused of trying to poison his estranged wife died after the FBI showed up to rain his waterfront home on Tuesday.

The FBI were at the $8million Coral Gables home of Sergio Pino amid an ongoing probe on claims of poisoning, arson and stalking made during the nasty divorce battle with his wife of 32 years Tatiana.

Pino had not been charged with any crimes, but four others have been arrested in what police called a 'stalking conspiracy,' including a man who Tatiana said worked for the couple on their yacht, as reported by NBC Miami

The developer's home and his offices were also searched in June.

The circumstances of Pino's death remain unclear.

Officials have not revealed the purpose of the raid, but images showed about a dozen police vehicles outside the home, which had broken windows.

Tatiana's lawyer Sam Rabin had told NBC that Pino would be getting arrested on Tuesday but later corrected himself saying it was unclear if there would be an arrest or additional searching.

Telemundo reported that a medical examiner was seen entering the home.

Tatiana, 55, married Pino, 67, in 1992 and they have two children - as well as   a reported combined net worth of $153 million, according to one filing.

He is the the president of Century Homebuilders Group, billed as the largest Hispanic-owned homebuilder in the nation.

In 2022 Tatiana filed for divorce against Sergio and the two have been in a legal battle ever since.

Tatiana claimed in a deposition that she had been suffering from a mystery ailment for years, before a specialist told her she had been ingesting fentanyl.

Her lawyer said Tatiana 'feels very strongly' that Pino had been trying to poison her for two years before she filed for divorce.

'I just don't think that my housekeepers would have a motive. He would have a money motive maybe. A financial motive, Tatiana said in the deposition.

'I was sick for three years. I leave my house and I have never been sick again.'

The four men arrested are accused of being part of an August 30 hit-and-run outside Tatiana's home as she was returning from a divorce hearing.

According to home video surveillance, the unlicensed rental truck quickly fled the scene. Investigators believe that the incident was not an accident, the Miami Herald reported.

One of the accused, Michael Dulfo, reportedly told police he was 'contracted by someone working for the opposing party' in the Pino divorce.

Meanwhile Tatiana recognized another of the accused, Bayron Bennett, 32, as a former Pino employee.

Bennet told officials he solicited Dulfo for the hit-and-run by 'someone' who wanted him to commit crimes against Tatiana.

He also admitted to the torching of three cars in 2022 and 2023 outside the home of Tatiana's sister.

All four men have pleaded not guilty.

Pino, on his part, has repeatedly insisted on his innocent through his attorney.
