NAB's app and internet banking are down for thousands of customers.
A spokesperson for the bank said its internet banking and app were 'experiencing issues' and its tech team are 'working to resolve this ASAP'.
'We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause,' they said on X.
On the NAB website's internet banking section, there is a message that reads 'account summary isn't working'.
'Account summary isn't working at the moment. You can click on Transfer & Pay to continue to make payments. We're sorry and are doing everything we can to have it back up and running as soon as possible,' the message reads.
More than 1,000 people reported experiencing problems with the app just before 2pm on Monday, according to Downdetector.
