The NBA just wrapped up its best November for in-person attendance in league history.
The league averaged 18,206 fans per game, with the bump in butts in seats coming in large part due to the genesis of the In-Season Tournament.
It's the first year of the In-Season Tournament, with all games in the competition also counting towards teams overall regular-season records.
Each league team gets four guaranteed games competing in the In-Season Tournament, with eight franchises, four from each conference, moving onto the single-elimination knockout rounds.
The only three games of the tournament that will take place on a neutral court are the In-Season Tournament's semifinals and finals, which will occur from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
