Rapper Nelly wowed college football fans when he performed during the Big 12 Championship Game between Oklahoma State and Texas Saturday.
The rapper and singer delivered the entertainment for the Big 12's first-ever halftime show at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, as the Longhorns led 35-14 after two quarters.
The Grammy winner was joined by both Oklahoma State's Cowboy Marching Band and Texas' Longhorn Band for a performance of 'Hot in Herre.'
However, the artist appeared to be struggling with technical issues as he pulled an ear piece out at the beginning of his set but managed to power through.
A host of WWE talent, including Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Jade Cargill and announcer Samantha Irvin, were also odd additions to the spectators in attendance.

The Big 12 had partnered with WWE for the 2023 conference championship game with the Most Outstanding Player to be awarded a custom-made Championship Title Belt.
'Dude if Nelly showed up to perform at a football game I was at. I would LOSE my mindddddd,' one social media user shared.
Meanwhile, others couldn't help but see the funny side in the rapper performing at the game, noting that most of the students in attendance weren't even born when Nelly began his career.
'Bold move for the @Big12Conference to go with a halftime performance by Nelly who was a big name before anybody in college was born,' one fan posted.
Another added: 'Those kids in the Texas band are probably wondering who Nelly is and why is he performing! LOL'
'Nelly performing at the big 12 championship halftime show is hilarious,' one chimed in.
However, not all football fans were left impressed with some slamming it as 'terrible'.
The performance drew mixed reactions from college football fans on social media
'Why are we doing solo halftime shows. Jack Harlows was beyond painful, Nelly is currently brutal,' one wrote, while another said, 'Ok but why does this sound so bad?? #Nelly.'
Rapper Jack Harlow was ripped for his NFL Thanksgiving halftime performance last week.
Harlow stepped onto Ford Field with the Lions and Packers back in their locker rooms, and performed various songs over a six-minute period.
But with Detroit trailing 23-6 at the break, the energy was evidently low amongst the home fans and the rapper's performance flopped.
