A fresh angle has emerged of Antony goading Coventry City players by cupping his ears after Manchester United beat them on penalties in the FA Cup semi-final.
The £85million forward twisted the knife with the mocking celebration after United beat the Sky Blues 4-2 on penalties, having drawn 3-3 in regulation time.
United had boasted a commanding 3-0 lead but the Championship side mounted a comeback and Erik ten Hag's side barely scraped through, making Antony's celebrations all the more nauseous.
Gabriel Agbonlahor, the former Aston Villa striker, slammed Antony's behaviour on X: 'Antony cups his ears as he celebrates in front of Coventry players?
'Is this guy the most shameless flop ever to grace our beautiful league? Shame on you Antony, you wouldn't even start for Coventry you prat.'

Ex-Coventry forward Clinton Morrison was also scathing of Antony on BBC Radio 5 Live, saying: 'He needs to concentrate on himself because he could be playing [in] the Championship next season.'
Antony has contributed just two goals and assists this campaign and was largely ineffective at Wembley.
He replaced Alejandro Garnacho in the 66th minute when United were 3-0 up and crusing following goals from Scott McTominay, Harry Maguire and Bruno Fernandes.
United then collapsed as Coventry scored three times through Ellis Simms, Callum O'Hare and Haji Wright to force extra-time.
Ten Hag's men had a lucky escape in the 121st minute when Victor Torp's dramatic 'winner' for Coventry was disallowed by VAR because Wright, who assisted him, strayed marginally offside in the build-up.
After Casemiro saw an awful penalty saved, O'Hare's kick was kept out by Andre Onana before Ben Sheaf missed. Rasmus Hojlund converted the decisive penalty to send United to the final.
It was at that moment that Antony darted off to celebrate wildly.

On the other hand, most of United's players stayed behind and almost looked sheepish.
'Some of the United players and supporters weren't going over the top with the celebrations,' Roy Keane said on ITV. 'They were almost embarrassed to win at the end.
'Whenever I see this United team I don't like what I see. Talk about leadership and characters, I don't see that in this United team. My goodness, they rode their luck today.'
