Bills linebacker Von Miller has turned himself in after police issued an arrest warrant over accusations that he 'put his hands around his pregnant girlfriend's neck, shoved her and pulled her hair.'

A spokesperson for the Dallas County Sheriff's Office told TMZ that the 34-year-old, NFL veteran was booked at the Glenn Heights' Police Department in Glenn Heights, Texas, at around 4 p.m. (C.T.) on Thursday.

He faces a felony charge of assault on a pregnant person.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, police say the incident initially started at Miller's apartment in the Dallas-Forth Worth area at roughly 10:40 a.m., Wednesday, when he and his girlfriend argued over their travel plans for this upcoming weekend.

The woman became upset during the altercation, left the bedroom and walked into the home's office, flinging shut the door behind her, docs further state. That's when Miller became 'visibly angry'.

Authorities then say in the documents that Miller managed to enter the office room, demanding for his girlfriend to leave the apartment.

The woman, according to the docs, said she acted in according with his request, but wanted to grab a few of her belongings, like a laptop and some cell phones, prior to departing from the residence, as 'they were both cohabitants of the unit.'

That's when Miller, however, allegedly turned to violence.

Officials say in their report that the victim alleged the Bills player of walking up to her while she was still collecting her things, before repeatedly shoving and pushing her.

'While the altercation was going on,' officers wrote in the warrant, Miller's girlfriend 'kept yelling ''Stop I'm pregnant.'''

She further told authorities that Miller eventually pushed her onto a chair, then laid a hand on her and applied pressure to her neck 'for 3 to 5 seconds before letting go.'

The woman reported the pain to police but did 'not have difficulty breathing', docs obtained by TMZ state.

Miller then allegedly threw his girlfriend's laptop on the group before stomping on it.

Officials say in their report that when the woman went to get her personal device, Miller walked up to her and 'pulled her by her hair, ultimately pulling a chunk of hair out and causing her to fall to the ground'.

The woman also told police that she was later pushed onto a couch by Miller, before he 'placed pressure on her neck with both hands, again causing pain but no difficulty breathing,' according to documents.

'When [the woman] got up she stated to [Miller] she was going to call for police, resulting in [Miller] leaving the residence,' officials said in their report of the what is considered to be an incident of domestic violence.

According to the arrest warrant, when authorities arrived at the scene, the woman, who claims to be six weeks pregnant, had abrasions on her left hand, and bruises on her neck, abdomen and left bicep.

Miller - a native of the Dallas-Forth Worth area - signed with the Bills last years after finding success with the Denver Broncos and L.A. Rams.

He's not played as much as he would have liked to this season, despite playing well in the Bills' last campaign, as he is still somewhat returning from an ACL injury. Miller is also a two-time Super Bowl champion with the Rams (2021) and Broncos (2015).
