One of Australia's most recognisable bikies is in a stable condition in hospital after he was stabbed in the neck during a brawl outside a Perth music festival.

Dayne Brajkovich, 44, was rushed to hospital after he was allegedly stabbed about 9.50pm on Friday night as festivalgoers were leaving Ministry of Sound Classic at Kings Parks in the city's CBD.

The notorious bikie was a former sergeant-at-arms with the Hells Angels before he was kicked out of the club in 2022 following a dispute with the local president.

WA Police confirmed a man in his 40s was treated at Royal Perth Hospital for a serious laceration injury to his neck which required surgery.

He is reportedly set to be discharged on Saturday evening, with Perth detectives meanwhile investigating the incident.

Dayne Brajkovich and wife Jacinta resemble a painting on their tropical vacations, with Brajkovich famously tattooed on literally every inch of his body

WA Police are looking into whether outlaw motorcycle gangs are behind the brawl with a group of people who witnessed the incident saying those involved had left the area 'on several motorcycles'.

'A large number of people were in the immediate vicinity of the incident, and detectives are seeking any vision taken that shows the incident or the people involved,' a police spokesperson said.

One person took to social media to say they had been at the event and there were 'heaps of cop cars racing in and a police chopper was over King Parks at about 10.30pm'.

Before he became Australia's most recognisable bikie, Brajkovich was a fresh-faced teenager without a tattoo in sight

No suspects are in custody as of Saturday afternoon.

Brajkovich, who has only done one stint in jail for selling MDMA, claims he has left the bikie and drug-dealing scenes and is focused on his property assets.

He owns at least three houses in the Perth area.

Anyone with information on the stabbing is asked to contact police.

Brajkovich, who is almost wholly covered in tattoos, is a regular in WA newspapers having gained notoriety for beating up Rebels boss Nick Martin weeks before he was assassinated at Perth Motorplex in 2020.

He previously told The West Australian when he left the Hells Angels club he confronted the then-president at the clubhouse on a Friday night.

'I didn't have anyone else, so I brought (wife) Jacinta. She would follow me anywhere,' he said.

Booted out of the Hells Angels by head honchos, Brajkovich (pictured with wife Jacinta Hill and stepdaughter Audrina) is focused on his real estate empire, owning three investment properties in the Belmont area of Perth

He added he also brought his 'favourite homemade steel knuckledusters to see if they still worked'.

'To be honest, he (the gang president) had a broken leg and was on crutches, but he was always boasting about being ex-military and ex-SAS.'

The pair fought with Brajkovich saying he smashed a stool into the man's broken leg for good measure and he walked out no longer a member.

He also made headlines when he walked into Perth Mint in June 2022 and bought $27,000 worth of gold bullion.

Despite the Mint requiring in-depth background checks on customers deemed 'high-risk', Brajkovich's lawyer said he merely had to show his driver's licence.
