The mother of NRL star Nicho Hynes has been charged on another shoplifting offence after she allegedly tried to leave a grocery store without paying for several items.
Julie Hynes was arrested by officers at an IGA store in Cronulla on Friday around 8.35pm following reports she tried to leave the supermarket allegedly without paying for several goods.
The 51-year-old was arrested at the same store where she was accused of stealing chocolate and bandaids in July this year.

A spokesperson from NSW Police told Daily Mail Australia in a statement that officers issued a court attendance notice to Hynes after they responded to reports of the alleged theft.
'About 8.35pm yesterday (Friday 24 November 2023), police were called to a business on Cronulla Street, Cronulla, following reports of a shoplifting,' the spokesperson said.
'On arrival, officers attached to Police Transport and Safety Command were told a 51-year-old woman had allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for items.'
'She was issued a Court Attendance Notice for shoplifting and trespass...'
The latest charge follows several attempts at shoplifting Hynes committed in as many months.
She was fined $200 for stealing chocolates and Bandaids worth $20 from the IGA store in July.
She pleaded guilty at the Southerland Local Court later that month for the offence.
Facts which were presented to the court revealed that the loss preventing officer of the IGA store noticed she was acting suspiciously between the aisles on May 11, 2023 at around 5.30pm.
The officer watched on as the mother of the Cronulla Sharks star took two boxes of items and put them into a bag she was carrying on her shoulder.
She later placed another small box into her bag before she went to the checkout and put vegetables and a purple can on the conveyor but didn't pay for the items in her bag.
She was confronted by the officer as she was about to leave the store and admitted she didn't pay for the items in the bag.
She also confessed to the theft at Sutherland police station on May 23.

On February 9 Hynes was found guilty of supplying drugs after a family friend died of an overdose at her home on the NSW Central Coast.
The 50-year-old pleaded not guilty to one count of knowingly taking part in the supply of a prohibited drug.
Hynes and her friend Michael William Selvage where present in her two-bedroom granny flat at Blackwall when 29-year-old Luke Murphy accidentally suffered a fatal heroin overdose.
She was not accused of any wrong doing in Mr Murphy's death.
She was placed on an intensive correction order was ordered by the court to live with her son following the drug charges.
Hynes will face Sutherland Local Court in January 2024.
