Footage has emerged showing a furious driver slam their SUV into a car of thieves after they smashed a car window and grabbed a purse while at a stop light.
The dashcam clip, which has been shared on social media, captured the thieves grabbing the purse from a white Subaru.

As the brazen pair attempt to flee the scene, the Subaru driver has other ideas and gives chase - smashing their car into the side of the vehicle.
The two individuals, both adorned in black, quickly escape the vehicle and make off on foot, seemingly empty handed.

The footage was captured earlier this month in East Oakland, with the timestamp on the footage indicating it happened just after 1pm.
DailyMail.com has approached Oakland Police Department for comment on the clip.
Since being shared, locals have been expressing their delight at the actions of the Subaru driver for fighting back.
One person commented: 'I'm not even mad at the white vehicle...it's time to fight back.'
Another posted: 'Time for all citizens in Oakland to be armed. We need vigilantes.'
While another said: 'The citizens are tired they on what you on now.'
Another added: 'I'm not sure why anyone would want to live in Oakland. What a failed city.'
The last comment referred to rising crime in the California city, which has lead many businesses to flee the area.
Data from Oakland's police force reveal that robberies increased by a massive 38% from 2022 to 2023.
Motor vehicle theft in particular saw a major rise, with the force reporting 44% more in 2023 compared with 2022.

There were 8,675 car theft cases in the city in 2022, compared with 12,956 last year. Burglaries also jumped 23% from the previous year.
