A golfer had wedding guests howling with laughter after interrupting a couple's ceremony to hit a golf ball, only to reveal that he was in fact the celebrant.
In a now viral TikTok clip, Victorian couple 'Emily and Jamie' were waiting to exchange vows at Cape Schanck Resort on the spectacular Mornington Peninsula over the weekend, when the ceremony was gatecrashed by an interloper.
'Sorry, guys,' the man announced to the assembled wedding guests.
'Play where it lies,' he said gesturing to his golf ball.

The golfer then readied himself to play his shot, before looking up at the crowd.
'What's going on here? A wedding?' he inquired.

'We gotta marry these guys, aye!' he exclaimed while removing his golf polo and swinging it over his head.
The guests laughed and cheered as the celebrant clasped hands with the groom.
The TikTok video has had nearly 50,000 likes, with social media users approving of the joke.
'This is actually so good. Nothing wrong with a bit of humour at a wedding,' wrote one fan.
