Two people are dead after a horror shooting incident in Victoria's southwest.
The man and woman, who are yet to be formally identified, were found by a passerby on a remote walking track near Wreck Beach at about 10.45am on Friday.
Police rushed to the scene at Gellibrand Lower following the grim discovery.
It is believed a gun was found at the scene, the Herald Sun reports.
A man who works at the Apollo Bay Hotel, about an hour away from Wreck Beach, told the publication he saw first responders heading to the scene.

'We heard the sirens and saw ambulances,' he said.
The circumstances surrounding the double fatality are yet to be determined.
Offices have cordoned off the area and a crime scene has been established.
Police are not searching for anyone else in relation to the incident at this stage.
