Fans have slammed MLB star Jazz Chisholm as an 'absolute jerk' for drenching a female reporter during her postgame interview on Tuesday night.
Miami Marlins interviewer Jessica Blaylock was interviewing hero of the night Vidal Brujan after the win over the St Louis Cardinals, when Chisholm crept up from behind and unloaded an entire water cooler over the pair - and a translator.
While Blaylock took it in her stride during the live broadcast, fans on social media were left furious at the 'disrespectful' move, with many insisting he went too far.
'What an a**hole,' one baseball fan wrote, while another labeled him an 'absolute jerk.'
Another wrote that Chisholm - who was recently voted MLB's most overrated player in an anonymous poll by his peers - is the 'most unlikeable player' in baseball.

Marlins centerfielder Jazz Chisholm was the culprit as he flexed and smiled in front of cameras
While live on Bally Sports after the game, a soaked and shocked Blaylock played it off well, saying: 'Oh, my goodness. I feel like I just maybe delivered the walk-off hit.'
Chisholm didn't appear to regret his actions, though, instead flexing and smiling on camera.
A teammate even tapped him on the chest to approve the prank.

'What in the world was that?' another user added of the gesture.
Blaylock later said of the prank on social media: 'Hey @j_chisholm3, I wouldn't trade these moments for anything.
'But you better bring me some chocolate tomorrow!!! I think I earned it!'
The centerfielder later replied: 'You know I always got you!!! There's a box waiting on you.'
