EXCLUSIVE
Footy commentator Paul Kent has smiled for the camera as he returned to his inner-west Sydney home on Wednesday just hours after it was revealed he'd been hospitalised with serious injuries suffered in an alleged street fight on Saturday night.
The NRL 360 host was seen being thrown into a tree and striking his head on a gutter in a video that went viral on Sunday, with footage allegedly showing him getting into a physical clash with a man outside the Three Weeds Hotel in Rozelle.
On Tuesday Kent's lawyer, George Elias, revealed his client had been hospitalised with as many as five broken ribs and a suspected collapsed lung after the alleged fight.
Daily Mail Australia photographed the 54-year-old smiling as he arrived at his Lilyfield home alongside Elias on Wednesday morning.

The pair entered the house without making any comment.
On Tuesday, Elias said his client had 'been in hospital since after the incident' and added, 'I'm just concerned about his health and wellbeing.'
On Sunday, Daily Mail Australia captured exclusive photos of a doctor entering the house to treat Kent, who had several friends - including notorious ex-footy player and convicted criminal John Elias - over at the time.
The revelation about Kent being hospitalised came just hours after the 35-year-old man he allegedly fought revealed what looked like a painful head injury in a confronting photo.
The unnamed man was charged with affray over the incident after voluntarily attending Balmain police station at about 6.45pm on Sunday before being taken to Newtown police station in the city's inner west.

He was given conditional bail and is set to face court on June 7 and is being represented by high-profile criminal defence lawyer Chris Murphy.
Murphy is one of the country's most well-known solicitors after defending many headline-making clients including footy stars Sam Burgess, Hazem El Masri and Shaun Kenny-Dowall, as well as actor Matthew Newton, boxer Jeff Fenech, the Rolling Stones and music superstar Rod Stewart.
Murphy announced he'd be taking the case with a tweet early on Tuesday morning, then followed that up with two more messages about the case.
'At 10:33pm 29April, last night, I took instructions to act for one of the two accused of affray, the man walking backwards, featured in the Paul Kent video circulating on social media. I will be defending the matter,' Murphy wrote.
'My client was out for dinner with his wife and another couple. He does not consume alcoholic drinks.'

In the clip, Kent can be heard calling the other man a 'doghead' before they allegedly get into a physical clash that spills across the road from the venue.
The footage shows the 54-year-old allegedly being thrown into a tree and landing head-first in the gutter before picking himself up off the ground.
Other men could be seen trying to intervene in the alleged clash.
Kent, who was stood down by the broadcaster for nine months after being charged with assaulting and choking his ex-girlfriend, had only been reinstated as a co-host of Fox's NRL 360 show in February after being acquitted in court.
In a statement to Daily Mail Australia on Sunday, a spokesperson for Fox Sports and The Daily Telegraph said: 'Fox Sports presenter and News Corp Australia columnist Paul Kent has been stood down pending an immediate investigation.'
