PGA Championship - Day One: Leaderboard, tee times and updates as Rory McIlroy gets his opening round underway for the first time since filing for divorce

All eyes are Woods again this week (when aren't they?), and he's off in under 30 minutes...

It's been 11 years since the Englishman finished inside the top 10 at a major championship, but it's a birdie on 1 today. He tops the very, very early leaderboard.

Rory McIlroy tees off in just under an hour, and he's out on the range at Valhalla to get some last-minute practice in before Round One...

This just in from PGA Championship officials:

'AM starting times for the first round of the 2024 PGA Championship are delayed 10 minutes due to fog.'

So that's Michael Block, Luke Donald and Shaun Micheel now heading out at 7:25am local time.

Before the golf gets underway, it would be remiss of us to not mention the story that has dominated the headlines leading into this tournament: Rory McIlroy's divorce from his wife Erica Stoll.

Although the media were warned about questioning McIlroy on the subject, it's fair to say it was a huge shock - with the news dropping just three days out from the start of play this morning.
