A raucous late-night party at Phil Foden’s house which led to police being called was ‘louder than Glastonbury’ with booming gangster rap music, neighbours said.

One neighbour dialled 999 over the blaring music which one resident complained was so loud it was ‘like being in a nightclub’.

Neighbours said the kids party started around 4pm at Foden’s £3million mansion on Tuesday and went on until nearly midnight.

Cheshire Police confirmed they were contacted over a noise complaint but officers did not go to the house.

Snoop Dog’s ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ and a Queen Latifah hit were allegedly heard being blasted from a PA system, as kids screamed and Foden’s Doberman guard dog barked.

Neighbours have alleged Phil Foden's late night house party was 'louder than Glastonbury' (pictured with his son Ronnie)

Local residents claim the children's party started at 4pm but continued until nearly midnight (pictured: Phil Foden, Ronnie, his daughter True and his girlfriend Rebecca Cooke)

However residents insisted the Manchester City midfielder is not a ‘nightmare neighbour’ and does not regularly host late-night or loud parties.

Mother-of-two Hannah Brown, 41, who walked her dog past the house on Tuesday, said: ‘It was unbelievably loud.

‘It was like being at a music festival. In fact, I’ve been to Glastonbury a few times and it was louder than that. I’m not surprised people got so upset.’

One neighbour in his 80s, who lives opposite the Premier League footballer, said: ‘It was excessively loud.

‘We could hear it inside our house. I tried to drown it out with the TV but it was no good.

‘It was like being at the party. I heard children shouting and screaming – I think they must have been jumping in and out of the swimming pool.

‘He’s had parties before but nothing like this. This was crazily loud,' he added.

Another neighbour said: ‘He has had other parties with loud music but it’s not a regular thing.

‘But this was really loud - it was like he was hosting a music festival. There have been other parties but he’s not a nightmare neighbour.

‘People just like their peace and quiet round here, not loud music.’

A Cheshire Police spokeswoman said: ‘We received a call on Tuesday evening about a noise issue at an address in Prestbury.

‘However the caller was advised that it was a matter for the council.’

Describing the party as 'excessively loud', one neighbour claimed he could hear children shouting and screaming (pictured: Foden at the EURO 2024 final)

Cheshire Police confirmed they were called on Tuesday but said the issue is a 'council matter'

Foden, who has been given an extended summer break by City after playing in all England’s games at Euro 2024, has lived in the house for more than two years.

Friends say that Phil ‘loves a party’ at his home, which features a bar, a swimming pool, a cinema room, a gym and a large garden with a hot tub and trampoline.

In March 2022 the England player sparked noise complaints after having a Mother’s Day ‘music festival’ at home, where he blasted out Whitney Houston hits. At the time, it was claimed by neighbours that ‘things got out of hand’.

The Stockport-born midfielder, 24, lives with girlfriend Rebecca Cooke and their three children including four-year-old Ronnie.

The Premier League winner briefly left the England camp in Germany during Euro 2024 when Rebecca gave birth to their third child.

Foden’s parents also live close by and his fellow Man City player Kyle Walker lives next door.

However Walker was thrown out by his WAG Annie Kilner after it was revealed he had fathered a second child with his former mistress Lauryn Goodman.
