Piers Morgan has mocked Man United after news broke that Erik ten Hag is set to stay as manager.
There had been significant uncertainty over the Dutchman's position ever since United won the FA Cup final against Man City on May 25.
United's new part-owners INEOS, who are in charge of footballing operations, conducted an end-of-season review, before the decision was made to keep Ten Hag in post.
The Premier League giants have thrown their weight behind the Dutchman and are discussing a new contract, despite sounding out potential candidates after an underwhelming season at Old Trafford which saw his side finish eighth.
And, Arsenal fan Morgan lapped up the news as he simply tweeted: 'Brilliant!,' accompanied by three laughing and three clapping emojis.

There had been major speculation over Ten Hag's future following an end-of-season review
However, Roberto Garnacho, brother of United star Alejandro, expressed his delight at the news as he added: 'TEN HAG I LOVE YOU.'
Other United fans chimed in with their opinions on the news, with several supportive of Ten Hag.
One said: 'FINALLY!!!! Let's get planning and move FORWARD,' before another added: 'We will make history together. I love you.'
A further Ten Hag backer said: 'Right decision. Trust the process , boring sacking managers all the time. Two cups in two seasons. Things to work on of course glad he’s getting the time to right the wrongs.'
An extra supporter quipped: 'The right choice. Really, the only choice.'
One other posted a motivational message as they said: 'Never forget what it means to support this club and the manager.'
The decision from United to stick with Ten Hag came after potential replacements, including Mauricio Pochettino, Thomas Tuchel and Thomas Frank were sounded out by United officials, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS leading the process.
However, Tuchel distanced himself from the role after meeting Ratcliffe in Monaco for talks last week.
While considering all different outcomes, United are said to have come to a clear conclusion that Ten Hag, 54, was the best man for the job.
Mail Sport understands that United officials want to see how Ten Hag operates under what they believe will be a new structure aimed at ensuring he is given the best opportunity to succeed. Omar Berrada is due to arrive from Manchester City as chief executive on July 13. Jason Wilcox has already joined as technical director while talks are ongoing to bring Dan Ashworth to Old Trafford from Newcastle as sporting director.
Discussions with Ten Hag are thought to have been positive with both club and manager aligned. Talks on a contract extension have opened.
However, some supporters were less happy with the news, as one frustrated fan said: 'As long as he changes his principles I’m alright with it but if he doesn’t then he’ll be gone by Christmas.'
Another added: 'Ten Hag staying in the job is utterly baffling. Winning a few domestic finals here and there isn’t enough. United should be a club that is focused on continued excellence. A team with a negative league GD is not continued excellence. Ten Hag was out of his depth.'
One supporter wasn't on board with Ten Hag staying, but was just glad that United had finally made up their mind as they said: 'Really don’t agree with the decision but i’m honestly just glad we’ve got clarity.'
Although the Red Devils won the FA Cup, they endured a dismal and chaotic season.
United crashed out of the Champions League in the group stage, while they finished in their lowest position of the Premier League era in eight, while they had a goal difference of minus one.
However, Ten Hag will now hope to build on that cup final win against arch-rivals City and return his side to the upper echelons of English and European football.
