In the driving seat
Man City are now 2-0 up at Fulham and heading top of the table.
Phil Foden scored their second with a sweet strike.
Scenes in the away end.
Team news imminent
This is your five-minute warning klaxon before team news drops!
We'll bring you the starting XIs for the biggest games today.
Moyes, out
Today marks David Moyes' final home game before he steps down as West Ham manager at the end of the season.
He's sure to be treated to a deserved rapturous reception.
Moyes, after all, lifted the Europa Conference League last season and has consistently sealed top half finishes at the London Stadium.
Former Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui is expected to be his successor.
West Ham are currently ninth with just two matches remaining.
Who wins the title?
We're all set for a final-day Premier League title decider, folks. Now that's a mouthwatering prospect. Imagine the drama.
The race will go down to next weekend unless...
- Man City beat Fulham and Tottenham (on Tuesday) and Arsenal lose against Manchester United (Sunday)
- Man City lose against Fulham and Tottenham (Tuesday) and Arsenal beat Manchester United (Sunday)
The earliest a winner will be crowned is Tuesday.
Champions League race
Aston Villa look nailed on to finish in that final Champions League place but Tottenham are clinging on by the skin of their teeth.
Those hopes will be ended today, however, should they lose to Burnley. A Spurs draw will mean Villa need just a point to seal fourth.
Even a Tottenham win wouldn't be enough for them if Villa beat Liverpool on Monday evening. It's a brutal league, alright!
One consolation for Spurs is that they can ensure a top-five finish, and Europa League football, depending on results this weekend.
If they win, Newcastle lose to Brighton and Chelsea and Manchester United both fail to win, Spurs will end up at least fifth this season.
Anyone confused? Me too. There's a lot going on.
Burnley set to go down
The picture is even more grim for Burnley.
They will go down...
- If they fail to beat Tottenham
- If Nottingham Forest beat Chelsea - even if Burnley win
Luton facing the drop
Despite a brave fight, Luton can be officially relegated today.
They will drop into the Championship...
- If they lose at West Ham and Nottingham Forest avoid defeat against Chelsea
- If they lose and Burnley beat Tottenham
- If they draw and Forest win
City one up
Title chasers Manchester City are in action this lunchtime.
It's almost half-time at Craven Cottage and yes, Arsenal supporters, City are indeed leading through Josko Gvardiol's goal.
If you want to follow the action - and I wouldn't blame you - you can keep up to date with every kick with my colleague Harry Bamforth.

It's a huge, huge, huge game, that one.

Good afternoon!
Someone cue up 'The Final Countdown', please.
Not only is it a great tune but it's also the perfect way to tee up what promises to be a dramatic day of Premier League action.
We're hurtling toward that last day now but there's unfinished business across the board - with the title race and relegation fight wide open.
Our focus today is on the Champions League battle and the scrap to avoid the drop. Tottenham take on Burnley and Luton are in action.
So, don't go anywhere. Put your feet up, ignore that lovely sunshine and squirrel yourself away in the shade to follow this live blog.
