Everton's chances of being relegated from the Premier League has been revealed after their latest two-point deduction for breaching financial rules.

The Toffees were hit with a 10-point penalty back in November for a PSR breach relating to the three-year period that ended in the 2021-22 season.

However, this was reduced to six on appeal in February, handing them a boost in their Premier League survival bid.

Now, they have been dealt a further two-point deduction which has seen Sean Dyche's side drop to 16th in the Premier League table.

Their chances of remaining in the Premier League have also been revealed, with their percentage likelihood of survival compared with their relegation rivals.

Their latest win came against relegation rivals Burnley in a boost to their survival hopes

The two sides with the most likely chance of relegation are, unsurprisingly, Sheffield  United and Burnley.

Despite the Blades' late equaliser against Chelsea, they have a 99.6% chance of returning to the Championship.

Burnley have a little bit more hope with a 98.14% likeliness of Vincent Kompany's side joining Sheffield United with an instant return to the second tier.

Fellow Premier League newcomers Luton, who currently sit in the relegation zone, are the next most likely to be relegated according to the data.

Rob Edwards' side have a much higher chance of survival than their previous Championship rivals, with a 58.08% score of going back down.

Nottingham Forest are next up, with a 33.06% of playing their football in the Championship next season.

Like Everton, Nuno Espirito Santo's side were deducted points for breaking spending rules earlier this season.

Above Forest comes Everton, like in the league table. The Toffees have a 5.56% chance of being relegated despite their point deductions.

Dyche's side grabbed a crucial win over Burnley last time out and will be looking to build on the momentum on the pitch despite their financial troubles.

Making up the list is Crystal Palace, with a 2.83% chance of going down, and Brentford, with a 1.73% chance.
