Jude Bellingham is among a number of players who have release clauses worth £871million - 1billion euros - in their contracts, according to a report.
Players will often put release clauses in their contracts when they join clubs, meaning if another side puts in a bid matching the clause then the club they are looking to leave will have no way to stop them.
It can often see them not tied down to long-term contracts if they are not happy at the club, though said club must also agree to the clause, meaning a deal should benefit all parties.
In LaLiga, release clauses are essential when it comes to doing deals for players, which can lead to some hefty sums being put in, with Bellingham's supposed sum proving as such.
According to TalkSport, the England man is one of a number of high-profile stars whose clause exceeds 1b euros.

Bellingham joined Real Madrid at the start of last season for £113m and enjoyed a more-than-successful year with the club, netting 23 times on his way to winning LaLiga and the Champions League.
Dubbed one of the best players in the world, he will now look to earn success at international level too when he takes part in the European Championship with England.
The report suggests Barcelona stars Pedri, Gavi, Ronald Araujo and Ferran Torres have similar release clauses to Bellingham, while Ansu Fati, who spent last season on loan at Brighton, has a clause that matches the Madrid star's.
In the Premier League Pep Guardiola revealed that Kevin De Bruyne had a release clause of £223m, but it is unclear if that still remains since he signed his new deal in 2021.
Vinicius Jnr, who Jose Mourinho has tipped to win the Ballon d'Or, at the end of the current calendar year, reportedly has a release clause worth the same as Bellingham, with Eduardo Camavinga, also having the same as his Real Madrid team-mate.
Kevin De Bruyne previously had a release clause of £223m, though it is unclear if that remains
Chelsea though they had secured a deal for Michael Olise when they activated his £35m release clause last summer
Another example of a release clause coming into play was when Chelsea thought they had secured the services of Michael Olise from Crystal Palace last season, activating his £35m clause.
That left Crystal Palace powerless, but they managed to convince the Frenchman to sign a new deal to destroy the clause.
The Blues are thought to be keen to try and sign him again this summer, with a £60m price tag said to be set.
